The album is doin' GREAT! LB has gettin' big props from fans, critics and musicians alike. Big up to everyone who has bought the album and shown your love. If you haven't cop'd it yet, what the hell are you waitin' for?!
"'Everywhere at Once' isn't the map-jumping free-for-all inferred by its title; rather, this is a focused and thoughtfully crafted party record that finds Lyrics Born employing a live band to work up his newfound love of shimmering, shining pop-funk, even as he expands his hoop-jumping, rat-a-tat rhymes."
LB took a moment during his recent touring schedule to drop ya'll a message. You can listen right here:

1 May 2008 : Touring, Reviews, L-Beezies
Here we are over a week after the release of 'EVERYWHERE AT ONCE' and things just keep gettin' bigger and brighter. As we mentioned in the last news update the new record was the most downloaded hip-hop album on iTunes last week (thanks to ya'll), and this past week was the launch of the Lyrics Born World Tour -- hitting 5 continents before all is said and done.
LB recently wrapped up the Pacific Northwest with a crazy show in Portland, OR at Berbati's and continues to bring the music live and direct when he brings it on home to The Bay at The Independent in San Francisco, CA. Soon after all of ya'll down in the Los Angeles area can check out LB performing at the Key Club in Hollywood on May 4th. Tickets are still available, but you might wanna get 'em now before they're all gone!
As the new album gains more and more attention and critical acclaim, reviews keep comin' in from critics, bloggers, reporters and fans alike! Peep this recent review over at AlmostAList.com:
That being said, check out what the fans are saying about 'EVERYWHERE AT ONCE':
"I gotta say EVERYWHERE AT ONCE is SO TIGHT! I drive back and forth from Fremont to Hayward to Oakland and I haven't taken it out my deck yet. What I love about it is that it never sounds stale and is so funky!" --HOLLY D (Daniel Martinez)
"...as a whole it really is a progressive LB album. He's got to be proud of all the compositions on there.
"Cohesive Variety" would describe it best.
Nicely done, and thanks again!" -Fred
"Just picked up the new Album!
As always it blew my mind!
Much luv & Respect!" -K-OSS
"....downright blowyerhairback incredible! Thanks for talent and inspiration....hope you're already starting on yet a next one..." -gBrown
"As a non-traditional student, trying to reinvent himself as a human being, I have a limited amount of disposable income.
That is why, instead of purchasing one hundred and twenty-eight packs of ramen noodles, I have, instead, opted for Lyrics Born's new album Everywhere at Once.
In my opinion, I have made the correct decision.
This is an amazing piece of work that eschews the typical safe trappings of what passes for hip-hop these days by reminding the listener of how wide the genre actually is. Yes, you will bounce to this, but you will also go back after the shock of the funk wears off to actually listen to the lyrics. Repeatedly.
It's now Friday. Since Tuesday, I have listened to it seven times.
I raise my glass to you, sir," -sam snow
The L-Beezies hath spoken!
So if you for some bizarre reason have yet to cop this CD, head over and pick it up at the Lyrics Born Variety Store right now.
One love everybody.
Peace.
